The first edition of the Nuit de l'Immo took place on the evening of July 3, 2023. Deskare was selected to take part in the trophies rewarding the most innovative projects in the real estate sector in the "Innovative service providers: digital & phygital" category.
Organized by Republik Immo, the Nuit de l'Immo brought together all the players in the real estate industry to discover and reward the most innovative projects.
Like the HR Innovation Night, the nominated companies took part in a Grand Oral to pitch their project to a panel of experts.
For this first edition, the 52 selected candidates were divided into 5 categories:
The winners were announced during the Nuit de l'Immo. It was during this evening that Gilles Ballerat, Director of Real Estate Strategy and Work Environment at SNCF Immo, presented us with our prize! 🥈 He particularly liked the fact that :
"Being able to create this serendipity of meetings between colleagues, of saying I'm going to be able to see my colleagues is really good. And it's also true for the manager!"

This event is a great opportunity to meet real estate professionals, from architects to property managers. A number of well-known companies were present: Fnac Darty, EDF, Vinci Facilities and Haussman Executive Search. In all, more than 500 professionals were present!
