Who are we?

Since 2021, we have been working to help companies build a work structure that suits them.

Our mission

Following the Covid crisis, the organisation of work has changed forever with the massive spread of remote work and flex-office. These new practices, sometimes poorly organised, have created problems at all levels (employees, HR, Workplace Management...).

With Deskare, we believe that every company must make these new practices a strength for all its employees. Our solution: enable them to apply the work organisation that suits them!

Our ambition

Founded in June 2021 in Paris by Victor Fritz, Thomas Dauphin, and Vianney Goater, Deskare aims to be the go-to solution for all companies practicing hybrid work in Europe.

After being selectedfor the “Future40” programby Station F, Europe’s largest incubator, we raised €1.2 million in seed funding in January 2022 from investors with deep expertise in the field. This funding enables us to deliver even greater value to our clients through new features and resources.

Our team

Deskare is organised into 3 main divisions:

• The Tech & Product team develops and optimises the platform used by our clients as well as the one used internally by our teams.

• The Sales & Marketing team is responsible for ensuring that companies practicing hybrid work use Deskare to simplify their organisation.

• The Customer Success team is responsible for supporting each client and each user to ensure that Deskare is adopted and loved!
