[Trophées RH 2023] Review of Deskare's award

June 26, 2023 marked the first edition of the Nuit de l'Innovation RH, organized by Republik RH in Paris. And guess what? Deskare was there!

After being nominated for the Trophées de l'Innovation RH, in the HR Solutions & Digitization category, Deskare was delighted to receive the bronze medal in its category! 🥉

Let's take a look back at this incredible experience, from the Grand Oral pitch to the memorable evening and our wonderful prize.

What is HR Innovation Night?

La Nuit de l'Innovation RH is an event organized by Républik RH, which brings together all the players in the human resources sector. It's an opportunity for HR professionals, HR Tech and e-learning start-ups, and inclusion organizations to get together and present their innovative projects in this field.

A ceremony that rewards innovative projects

The event also includes the HR Trophies, which reward the most innovative projects in 6 different categories:

  • HR Solutions & Digitalisation, the category in which we were nominated
  • Large-scale HR project
  • Co-construction
  • Skills development and training
  • QWL & CSR
  • Recruitment & Employer branding
  • The Audience Award

This is a unique opportunity for companies to highlight initiatives that contribute to innovation in the field of human resources. They also have the opportunity to showcase their initiatives and gain recognition for their innovative work through an award.

A must-attend event for HR professionals

This year's Nuit de l'Innovation RH attracted no fewer than 800 HR professionals, testifying to the importance of this event in the sector. 74 companies were nominated, including some 15 in the various categories.

This special night is a must for HR players who want to stay at the cutting edge of innovation and contribute to the evolution of HR practices and technologies.

How the HR Awards work

Le Grand Oral

The aim of the oral is to present the nature of the innovation in a very short time (3 minutes) and defend it before a panel of 25 industry professionals.

Vianney Goater, co-founder and CEO of Deskare, presented the company and answered questions from a panel of judges including :

  • Claire Silva, HR Director at AG2R La Mondiale
  • Anne-Sophie Martenot, Director of Human Resources, Banque de France
  • Samantha Bowles, Group Talent & Culture Director at Korian
  • Laurence Lelouvier, Director of Human Resources & CSR at Onet
  • Benoît Serre, L'Oréal Human Resources Director, France
  • Julien Bourgeois, Global HR projects Director at LVMH
  • Céline Chevanche, HR Director at CBRE

Other members of the jury include HR managers from leading French companies (Groupe La Poste, BNP Paribas, Système U, Edenred...).

The awards evening

Following these presentations, the jury deliberates and announces the results at the awards evening on June 26.

It was at this event, held in the magnificent Théâtre de la Madeleine (Paris VIIIe), that Deskare was awarded the bronze medal in the HR Solutions & Digitization category! A great source of pride for us, coinciding with the company's 2nd anniversary.

My favorite thing about this solution is that we all have the problem of employees who are in remote work, who come to the office and can't find any of their colleagues. With Deskare, the aim is to say: I come to the office and I know who's there and who I can work with. I was also impressed by how easy it was to use.

A trophy that means a lot

Once again, this award recognizes the work carried out by our entire team to make flex-office and hybrid working easier for companies. It is also an additional mark of confidence, confirming the hundreds of customers who place their trust in us (Sodexo, Eramet, Lagardère News, Versace...).

This is what Vianney, co-founder and CEO of Deskare, explained at the award ceremony:

Deskare enables each employee to share his or her work schedule with colleagues, and to organize the office flexibly. This is an issue that affects not only HR, but also the work environment, employee experience, general services, etc. The aim is then to provide all these stakeholders with data on the occupation of their spaces, and the use of remote work, to give them real decision-making keys.

The Deskare team is delighted to have received this award, and would like to thank the entire jury and Republik RH for an exciting evening!

But that's not all! Deskare has also been nominated for the real estate awards in the Innovative service providers: digital & phygital category, for which the awards ceremony took place on July 3, 2023. The results? We won our category! A second trophy to be displayed in our offices alongside the HR trophy!
