Switching to flex office raises many questions: what level of flexibility should be chosen? How should space planning be rethought? What strategy should be adopted to get teams on board and manage change effectively?
While there is no shortage of theoretical resources, they are often insufficient to address the challenges encountered in the field.
In reality, it is the feedback from peers facing the same challenges that provides the most useful answers.
The Flex Office Lab was born out of this observation.
It takes the form of a community hosted on WhatsApp, allowing those involved in a flex office project to exchange ideas, share best practices, and, above all, learn from mistakes to avoid repeating!
