How do you organise the day-to-day work of a growing team in several offices since the switch to hybrid work?
The HR and Office Management team of the startup Pretto, a specialist in online property loans, faced this question like many other startups. And like many of them, they had started by setting up a presence Excel file where the employees were supposed to indicate their days of presence in the office and their days of remote work, throughout the Covid period.
Except that, as in many other companies, the daily use of an Excel attendance sheet is not as simple as expected.

Faced with this waste of time for the HR team and for the entire company, the team began searching for remote work organisation software that could meet a dual need: collect data on office occupancy to optimise their premises, and allow employees to declare their schedule in one click on an easy-to-use solution.

And that's not all: in addition to detecting potential cases of isolation during remote work, Pretto's HR teams also use Deskare for a very specific point: the payment of a remote work allowance to employees based on the number of days worked remotely, based on the URSSAF model. This policy, facilitated by Deskare, is a real lever for attracting talent, at a time when recruitment is key for the startup.
