We have thought the implementation of Deskare, as well as its use, to be as simple as possible. The platform can be technically operational in less than 24 hours, thanks to our standardized SCIM, Teams/Slack and HRIS integrations. Our technical team takes care of everything!
In this type of project, change management is key. Your account manager will accompany you throughout the deployment phase, on the communication to the teams, the configuration of the platform, the sending of invitations... Your account manager will then plan post-onboarding follow-up points, then regular follow-up points, to ensure a strong adoption at all times!
We have condensed in a kit a library of contents allowing you to organize at best the deployment of Deskare in your company. Written guides in several languages, demonstration videos, help articles, communication templates... Everything is gathered there to facilitate your internal communication and boost the adoption from day 1!
Feedback and questions from our users are important to us: any user has access to our help center at any time, as well as to a chat with our support team (only humans, I promise!), available 5/7 from 9am to 6:30pm. Administrators also have access to a direct phone line.
